The old vintage 1905-1921 small pattern Fleur-De-Lys scout badge, these badges are introduced by Colonel Baden Powell when he introduce scouting in the army in South Africa whilst commanding the 5th Dragoon Guards, these badges are often worn by the 1st class scouts, however the badge itself have stop being issued and phased out of service in 1921.
The condition of the item is good with the mounting loops still remain with no dent or bending, a small little grind on the right of the lily giving it a odd look.
