Bayou Classic’s 800-432 8 Gallon Stainless Steel 4 piece Brew Kettle Set comes complete with a domed lid, stainless steel ball valve with a ½” FNPT threaded interior and exterior opening, and a stainless thermometer with a 3” dial indicating various Brew Settings.

The Bayou Classic 4-piece Brew Kettle Set (800-432) is constructed entirely of stainless steel. The stainless steel construction allows for even heating to prevent sugars from sticking and scorching. Bayou Classic designed the brew kettle with a narrow diameter and high side-wall to reduce the chance of a boil over.

The all stainless steel construction eliminates worry about interaction with acidic wort.
