Bird Sword Cane PA901144

Has for the cane itself I am pleasantly surprised. It looks and feels sturdy enough but is still very light, so it’s no bother walking around with it. It is an all metal construction, possibly aluminum for the shaft and heavy tin for the head, and the blade is steel. The head or crook of the cane screws nicely and tightly into the shaft or body of the cane and the screw is long enough that it does not unscrew by itself by the movement of the cane when in casual use. As for the sword part of the sword-cane, the blade section that can be sharpened is on the flimsy side and bends a little bit too easily for my taste. I think a sturdier blade would have been more proficient in the eventual use. It may also because of the lack of sturdiness that when walking around the blade rattles inside the shaft, but a bit of cork on the end of it took care of that. All in all and for the price I am glad I bought it.
