During the 1980s the Canadian Armed Forces selected a few camouflage pattern and issues them to selected CAF members to field test them by giving the wearers a list of questionnaire to answers, unfortunately there are few sources of information regarding these trialled uniform and the lack of marking and tag to identify it. The sizing of these trialled uniform are very specific due to it meant to fit a selected CAF member and custom made for just a selected individual. CAF members who are leaving service with the trialled uniform often kept it or sold it on the market and even until now on the market trialled uniform remained scarce and highly sought after by collectors who would invest lots of time searching for a set.

The Condition of this uniform is very good, the top/shirt is in a good condition with no wear or tear, the trousers/pants are in good condition but it have a little hole on the upper knee by the pocket.
