1. Leg zipper : The zippers run the entire length of the garment at the outside of the leg and can be opened from both the top and bottom. The leg can be completely opened (photos). The user can ventilate effectively during periods of heavier activity by partially opening the leg zippers. The overalls can be easily donned and removed over bulky footwear. All zippers are protected by an inner and an outer flap; this prevents zipper freezing and cold penetration through the zipper.
2. Gore-Tex Fabric: This revolutionary fabric is fully waterproof, but also breathable. You will still perspire (to be avoided in extreme cold) but the moist vapours around your body will be allowed to escape.
3. Multi Layer Construction: The overalls consist of a lightweight inner lining; an insulating mid layer; and a durable outer shell. In addition, a reinforcing patches are added to the seat, knees and ankles.
