The Infamous Canadian Garrison Jacket. Why was this issued? Nobody knows. In essence it is a dress uniform jacket with a camouflage pattern printed onto it. What's even more puzzling is the fact that it was only permitted to be worn while on base/garrison defeating the point of having a camouflage pattern as it isn't able to be used in field conditions. These were only produced/issued from roughly 1989-1994 and they're becoming rather difficult to find.

jacket...
I am 6'-1" with big chest. I did not want it to fit as a uniform, i wanted it as a light winter coat that i could wear other layers under it . So I ordered it for 6'-3" tall. It is perfect arms nice and long ,with room for a T-shirt and sweater.
