    Great quality for a...

    I am really impressed with the quality of this machete. The blade is sharp enough to slice regular paper without difficulty. I have been able to improve the sharpness and have it hold a great edge. The blade itself is not 100% straight, however. It is likely many times better than any blade that was available when the cutlass was at it's peak. I highly recommend this sword.
