The Parang is actually a chopping knife with Southeast-Asian origins, and also has a permanent place in the FKMD range as a fixed blade knife. This 10.2" folder version is based on the same solid handle design as the Meskwaki Tracker and the Anunkai - including the dual back lock safety - and is an excellent choice as an outdoor folder, skinner, or as an EDC knife for friends of full-sized folders. As a first, the Aruru uses gray G-10 for the handle scales, and the blade is made from N690. Shipped with durable belt pouch.
