The classic Sardinian shape of the Nuragus - named after the small Sardinian village with the same name - is a popular and widespread knife shape in the Mediterranean region. Its simple design makes due with a wooden handle with stainless steel collar and does not have a back spring. The handle is fabricated from aromatic juniper wood, which knowledgeable knife enthusiasts will quickly identify by its very pronounced pepper note. The satin-finished blade is made from stainless 420C.
