The head design which is wide at the top transfers to a widened tail end. This unique design creates a popper that is ideal for a straight fast retrieve or a stop and start bloop with exceptional splash.
The design minimises cartwheeling and the rattle ensures significant noise coupled with the water spraying action.
The Roosta Popper weighs 1 3/4oz and is rear weighted for exceptional casting ability. The lure floats and has advanced designs for both straight retrieve and blooping applications. Hold the rod tip at different heights from the water to achieve different retrieve actions. Low tip - long bubble trail and swimming action. Medium tip - classic splashing retrieve. High tip - skitter style action. Rip and stop the lure for blooping action. Designed for blue fish, snook, striped bass, king mackerel, and tuna.
