Timber Wolf has expanded its exceptional brand of products to include Ironsmith Co., a line of hand-forged, historically inspired cutlery. The Medieval Dining Set was expertly hand-forged to reproduce utensils that were used in the Middle Ages by Saxon and Celtic tribes. The pieces are high-carbon steel that’s been heat-treated to give a blackened, rough finish. The fork is 7 3/4” overall with two, 1 3/4” tines and a twisted handle. The spoon is 7 1/4” overall with a 1 1/2”x 2 1/4” bowl and a twisted handle. The knife is 7 3/4” overall with a sharp, 3” curved blade and a twisted handle. Each piece of this cutlery set features a curved handle-end with an eye-hole for the option of hanging storage or drying. The dining set fits neatly in a thong-tied, folding suede storage pouch, allowing for effortless carry when travelling. This set is perfectly suited for Medieval reenactment events, theatrical performances, rustic-themed kitchen designs, costume accessories and as a unique gift. NOTE: Please clean before use as the utensils have been heated-treated and oil-quenched. You can use beeswax on them to help prevent rust.
