The Kojiro Kihei Katana is magnificent as a display sword but even more exceptional because it has a hand-forged blade that is absolutely razor-sharp. The sword has a 28” 1045 carbon steel blade with a vivid, red lacquered finish, which extends from a brass habaki. The wooden handle is wrapped in faux rayskin with light purple cord and the brass tsuba has two Samurais fighting on horseback. The 40 1/2” overall katana slides into a black and splatter paint design, lacquered wooden scabbard, accented with light purple cord.
