The M48 Medical Pouch is a compact and easy-to-carry bag that you can attach to your gear or belt for your essential first aid and medical supplies. The compact pouch can be fully opened with the double-zipper closure for easily accessing first aid supplies quickly. It has a tough 600D polyester construction and features MOLLE webbing on the outside and a PVC backing on the inside. It has a nylon large pocket and two narrow smaller pockets inside, plus, a bungee cord system to secure medical supplies. The tactical medical pouch also has a Velcro flap with a grab-and-go handle on top and is available in black and camouflage.
