Black Rain Ordnance is a true American success story. Founded in 2009, BRO manufactures high end, 100% US made modern sporting rifles with a unique profile and set of specifications. King Arms is a natural fit for producing licensed BRO rifles. Consistently recognized as one of the best airsoft manufacturers in the world, King Arms is the OEM manufacturer responsible for many high end, licensed replicas distributed by other companies. This is the first time King Arms is releasing a licensed product under its own name.

The BRO FALLOUT15 rifle feels like quality. It is hefty, yet well balanced, and feels solid throughout. There is no evidence of rattling or looseness that is quickly felt in many other airsoft guns. The one piece barrel sits firmly and securely inside the free float BRO handguard – another sign of very high quality engineering and assembly.

Every control is crisp and smooth. The selector switch has no play and cycles through its three positions with smooth, even pressure. The magazine catch locks in the magazine with an audible click, and the TWS magazine has very little play in the magazine well. With a 7.4V battery, the trigger response is very quick and snappysurely a benefit of the MOSFET they incorporated into the gearbox. On full auto, the gun generates no other sound than the whir of the motor and the slap of the piston head.The markings on the gun are cleanly etched, a hallmark of the careful CNC process by which every receiver and handguard is meticulously finished. The black finish on the rifles is clean and uniform in color, with no blemishes noticeable anywhere.

“JACK” was designed to answer the demand for an affordable, high performance HPA conversion for AEG's. The system is a drop-in cylinder replacement that will be universally compatible with a wide range of gearbox versions that have center-line nozzles.

Similar to its sister product, the F1, it replaces the original gearbox components with a programmable pneumatic system allowing for higher performance and greater reliability over a gear driven system. Although economically priced, “JACK” will still retain the same performance and quality you have come to expect from PolarStar.

“JACK” only has 1 moving part, the nozzle, that acts as its own poppet valve (similar to the Fusion Engine poppet) which is piloted by the solenoid. The system itself only has 6 parts and can be completely disassembled by hand, making the system very reliable and easy to maintain.

ROF: 30RPS+ 
The maximum cyclic rate of the Jack is affected by several factors, however, 30 rounds per second is a conservative number. Most configurations will exceed this easily. 

Air Efficiency: 1000 shots from 13/3000 @ 1.5J (80PSI w/ .28g) 
The JACK is extrememly efficient. The patent pending design of the F1 allows for the most direct air path to the nozzle with minimum dead volume resulting in better flow, faster response and less air used per shot. Using a stock VFC M4 as a test platform, the JACK was able to fire approximately 1000 rounds for a 13ci/3000psi cylinder before pressure dropped below regulated output.
