The Serbian Armed Forces M98A Woodland armor, this vest design is taken from the MD-97 of which provided adequate to the front and back and the groin and included front and back pockets to for ballistic inserts but due to limitations and the wearer needs to wear an additional load bearing vest or a chest rig on top of the MD-97 of which can me cumbersome to the wearer, so the MD-97 was re-design to have a MOLLE like system to attach magazine pouches or utility pouches so that the wearer can adjust the loadout according to the situation the wearer may encounter and with the added buttocks padding to provided additional protection to the back for the user.
