The Shadow Tactical Single 40/37 mm Pouch fits 40/37mm munitions with its elasticized bottom strap it allows dispersal of overpressure should an accident occur, it also gives it the flexibility for storing other items and allows for drainage. The adjustable flap allows you to customize the fit as well.
