The full-tang. 22” Damascus steel blade was expertly hand-forged by seasoned swordsmiths using proven, centuries-old techniques and it features engraved kanji. The wooden handle is wrapped in genuine, brown leather thongs for a unique visual appeal and a comfortable no-slip grip. The flawlessly cast, round tsuba has a clean, contemporary design with a dark finish and the habaki is polished brass. A hand-lacquered wooden scabbard with a handsome, dark brown mottled color-scheme and genuine leather wrapping protects the 30 1/2” overall sword.
