The hardwood handle is wrapped in black cord and genuine rayskin and the cast metal tsuba features the classic crane design. The cast metal, alloy pommel has an intricate embossed Samurai warrior design and the habaki is solid, polished brass. The 39 1/2” overall katana slides smoothly into its hand-lacquered, black scabbard, which features traditional, genuine leather cavalry hanging hardware with cast insignia accents and black cord-wrapping. The katana weighs 2 lbs.
