Using the age-old process of clay tempering, to forge swords that have the perfect balance of strength and flexibility, has been completely perfected by our swordsmiths at Sokojikara. The Joker Katana is a painstakingly handcrafted sword, using only the finest materials for spectacular visual allure and tremendous potency - that’s absolutely no joke! The sword has a hand-forged, razor-sharp, 27 3/4” T10 clay tempered steel blade that extends from a brass habaki. The sturdy wooden handle is wrapped in genuine black rayskin and then wrapped in purple cord in the traditional style. The katana has a solid black brass tsuba, accented with a brass Joker head and a brass Joker pommel to match. The 39 1/4” overall katana slides, just like a glove, into a black lacquered wooden scabbard with a purple cord wrap accent.
