Strathcona Red Rock Scala Tramper Last Riding Boots

The original style worn by the Canadian "Mounties" designed by Lord Strathcona for his cavalry regiment. Almost as famous as the Stetson Hat and Scarlet Serge are the brown Strathcona boots worn by other ranks of the RCMP. They were part of the uniform worn by Lord Strathcona's Horse, in which many Mounties served during the Boer War.
