The 21″ model is the original Sven-Saw, invented in 1961 and made in the USA ever since. It weighs less than 14 oz, folds to a compact 23″ x 1.5″ x 5/8″ and rips easily through 6″ logs. The blade folds into the handle so it’s safe to slide in and out of a pack, throw in the trunk, and keep in the house or garage.

    If that didn't convince ya then let me tell you about this excellent saw. The size is good enough for a pretty big log, The stroke you can get feels soo much better then the other smaller fold out cheap saws, not to mention the cut. I cut a 20 inch diameter log in about 20 min, that should say it all. But if it doesn't and you are new to this, looking at those cheaper fold out saws (mosey oak) and such and thinking this saw is kind of expensive (it's not really). I'll elaborate and trust me when I say don't do it, buy this one, don't make the same mistakes I did. The thing folds up into itself nice and light. The handle is super smooth on the hands and like I said, you can really dig into the wood with this and it cuts like a dream,. Best saw I've used for so far for camping/backpacking. Recommended
