The Timber Wolf Barrow Wight looks and feels as if it was a long knife that was found inside the ancient burial mounds of the Celtic tribal kings of Ireland. It has a Damascus steel blade and the intrinsic blade patterning seems to shift and swirl like the substance of those spirits, the wights, which haunt the ancient barrows. The keenly sharp, 8 1/2” blade extends from a brass blade collar on the handle. The handle is crafted of grey wood, which has a look of stone about it, with green wooden accents and brass spacers to match the brass pommel. The 14” overall fixed blade slides smoothly into a premium leather belt sheath with a snap closure and embossed designs.
