There are a large number of individuals called hunters or sportsmen, who love searching, stalking and finally taking down their prey. Your own method of taking game may be a bow, a rifle, or a handgun. However, a really great hunting knife is probably the best field tool a hunter may have, not just for dressing the animal, but for cutting cord and general tasks around camp or in the field. A knife needs to be versitile and rugged, reliable and have a grip designed for extended, yet comfortable, use.
In TOPS' backyard, the Rocky Mountains contain a wide variety of big and small game; elk, deer, bear, turkey, quail, or squirrels, etc. There exist plenty of opportunities to use and test and refine our hunting knives.
