International Armor’s OTV Interceptor Vest is the upgraded version of the U.S. military OTV providing full NIJ ballistic threat level 3A coverage. The OTV is a front opening design, featuring a removable outer carrier and three level 3A ballistic panel inserts (left and right ballistic side panels and one rear back ballistic panel) that make up a full coverage ballistic vest.
