U.S. Armed Forces issued Korean War/Vietnam Era M-1945 suspender, these suspenders are issued to U.S Armed Forces from 1945 to the Korea war until it was phase out of service and subsequently replace by the M-1951 and later on the M-1956, follow U.S. involvement in Vietnam and military aid program to the South Vietnamese Army (ARVN) these are often equipped by the ARVN alongside with the M-1951 stuff as a hand me down equipment given to them by the U.S.
