U.S. Armed Forces issued Korean war era M-1945 webbing set with Canadian Pattern 51 belt, during the Korean war these M-1945 gears are issued extensively to U.S troops and allied troops in quantities, after the conflict in Korea ended and to the early period of U.S. involvement in Vietnam beginning of late 1950s and to near middle of the 1970s, during involvement in Vietnam the M-1945 saw used again by the ARVN (South Vietnamese Army), the U.S. supply the ARVN extensively with M-1945 and M-1951 gear.
