ECW Mickey Mouse Boots No Valve
The ultimate boot for working or playing in the cold. The original Government specs rate these boots down to -10 degrees.
The secret to their warmth is 2 separate 1/2″ wool felt “insoles” that are situated in between the outsole and the rubber inside lining. An extra 1/4″ of insulation over the toe box provides further warmth.

70 year old technology that's still great!
For the money, these are really hard to beat. I've used the US bunny boots in multiple locations in the western Arctic, and the mickey mouse no-valve version worked great in recent cold wet conditions. They are freakishly comfortable, and the pair I received were in like-new condition. If you are on the fence, just buy a pair!
