Worn by Officers and Chief Petty Officers, the Female Service Dress Blue Coat is a basic component of the Female Service Dress Uniform and the Full Dress Blue Uniform. Construction of the coat is the same for both Officers and CPOs, with the only difference being headgear ornamentation and sleeve insignia. 

Coat has Lieutenant and Medical Corps markings.
